Procter & Gamble $100 Coupon Book Returns

Yesterday, we got a Procter & Gamble insert in our local paper. One blogger has encouraged you to not jump on many Procter & Gamble deals though, unless they are hot, for a few weeks. Starting February 21st a new Procter & Gamble $100 Coupon booklet rebate will be released. You will need to buy $50 in P&G products before coupons to get this and the rebate dates will start on 2/21.
